We review every application by hand. A thin catalogue of academies that are actually active is worth more to you than a long one.

Tell us who you teach, what you certify through, and the name you want. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

We review
A person reads it. If it is a fit we create your academy and email you a link that claims it.

Set it up in private
Your academy stays invisible until you say otherwise. Add branding, set your price, publish a first course, invite your coaches.

Publish
Go live when you are ready. Choose whether you appear in the public directory or grow by invitation only.

Everything on this page for one flat monthly fee. No per member pricing and no cut of your membership revenue. Nothing is billed until your academy is live and you have agreed to the rate.

Paid memberships to your own academy are being wired to per academy payouts. Until that lands we will only open free tiers, so nobody's money sits in the wrong account.
Questions
The things agencies ask first
Do I own my content and my students?
Yes. Your courses, posts and member list belong to your academy. We do not market to your members, and we do not sell competing courses into your community.
Can it carry my own brand?
Your academy has its own name, tagline, description, accent colour and logo, and its own public page. FreedivingKingdom is the platform underneath, the way a shop runs on a till it did not build.
Is this a certification body?
No. We are software. You keep certifying through AIDA, SSI, PADI, Molchanovs or however you already work. Nothing here replaces an in water course or a qualified instructor.
What does it cost?
RM 499 a month per academy, at half price while we are opening up, so RM 249 a month. That covers unlimited members, courses and events, and we take no cut of what your members pay you. Billing starts once your academy is live and you have agreed to the rate.
Can I charge for membership?
You set your own free and paying tiers in your own currency. Per academy payouts are being wired now, so until that is finished we will only open free tiers rather than hold your members' money.
Can a diver belong to more than one academy?
Yes. One sign in, as many academies as they join, each with its own feed, classroom and membership.
What if I already have a community elsewhere?
Most applicants do. Set your academy up in private, publish a first course, then invite your existing group once it is worth their time.
How long does an application take?
A person reads every one, so it is not instant. We will come back to you either way rather than leaving you waiting.
