About
Why train with Swimiss Academy
Swimiss Academy is a PADI freediving centre in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor, founded by Abdul Hadi, a PADI Master Instructor Freediver. We take people from their first breath hold in a pool they can stand up in, all the way to depth dives off Malaysia's east coast islands.
What we focus on is water confidence. Not technique for its own sake, but the kind of confidence that lets you breathe, slow down, and stay relaxed under the surface. We teach progressively, with safety as the floor and skill as the ceiling, so every step builds on the last.
